This day is designed to help job seekers prepare intentionally before stepping into the recruitment and networking experience of the main fair.

Day 2 – Festival of Jobs

Format: Physical

Festival of Jobs is the recruitment-focused day of the fair. It is dedicated to direct job access, employer visibility, on-site hiring opportunities, job applications, and face-to-face interaction between job seekers and recruiters.

This is where companies recruiting for roles will meet candidates across different levels and industries.

Day 3 – BOARDROOM CONNECT & EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Format: Physical

The Career Conference is the strategic networking and conversation day of the fair. It brings together sponsors, employers, business owners, HR professionals, career experts, and attendees for panel discussions, business networking, employer engagement, and future-of-work conversations.
