His academic and professional interests span Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Change Management and Management Information Systems. Over the years, Professor Gabriel has built an extensive body of scholarly work addressing critical workplace and organisational issues, including employee performance, leadership effectiveness, workplace behaviour, organisational culture, employee engagement, creativity, change and managerial competence. Beyond the classroom, he is widely respected for his commitment to developing people and strengthening organisations through research, teaching, mentorship and management practice. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Management Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
